Features
Every feature, in the order you would actually use it
Most feature pages are a list, and a list makes you work out for yourself how the parts connect. Flowra is a loop: the numbers name the pages, the pages become work, the work goes live, and the same numbers prove whether it paid. Here it is in that order.
Start with what is actually happening
Search Console knows everything up to the click, GA4 knows everything after it, and on their own each tells you half a story. Flowra reads both, joins them on the page, and holds the full 16 months Google will give you.
Search Console and GA4 on one screen, joined on the page
Clicks, impressions, CTR and position against the previous period, with sessions, engagement and key events for the same pages sitting beside them. Every query and page, paged past Google's 1,000-row limit rather than cut off at it. Countries, devices, branded traffic and new rankings. Filter once and both halves answer for that slice.
See how much traffic AI assistants actually send you
Google now answers the question at the top of the page, so a page can hold its ranking and lose its clicks. Flowra separates the sessions arriving from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Copilot out of your ordinary search traffic, shows what share of the total they are and whether that share is growing, and pairs it with the AI Answer Readiness checklist so you can act on it.

sessions, 3.2% of all traffic
Every page you have ever published, with its numbers attached
Your content syncs automatically from WordPress into one searchable library, and each page carries its own clicks, impressions, CTR, position and index status. This is the inventory the rest of the loop runs on: you cannot prioritise what you have not counted.

Let the data name the pages
This is the stage most teams skip, and skipping it is why a content calendar is usually a guess. Four reports read your own history and come back with a shortlist: the pages losing ground, the queries nearly there, the pages fighting each other, and the answers you could own.
Four Optimize reports: Decay Map, Striking Distance, Cannibalization, Snippets
The Content Decay Map puts every page against every month and colours what it gained or lost, so a slide shows up as a row going red. Striking Distance surfaces queries sitting in positions 4 to 20. Cannibalization catches two of your own pages competing for one keyword. Featured Snippet Opportunities ranks the answer boxes worth taking.
A queue that fills itself, sorted by what is worth fixing first
Flowra reads the performance of every indexed page and sorts them into six priority bands by specific decay rules, so the worst cases are at the top rather than wherever you happened to look. Press Review on one and it becomes a card on your board immediately, with its history attached.
Read your site by topic, not by URL
Topic Clusters work out the themes your pages actually cover, built from your content rather than tagged by hand. Content Groups let you impose your own structure on top, by section, funnel stage or client. A page belongs to every group it fits, because most pages fit more than one, and every chart and table can be cut by either.

Know which pages Google isn't indexing, and why
A page Google has not indexed cannot decay, rank or convert, so it never appears in any of the reports above. Index Coverage checks every page in your repository against Google, tells you which are missing and gives the reason in plain words, before you spend a month wondering why a good article got nothing.

Do the work, with the research already on the screen
Two jobs come out of the Find stage. Most of the list is existing pages that need bringing back, which is rework. A smaller part is a gap with no page at all, which is a new article. Flowra has a purpose-built screen for each, and both open with the competitor research already done.
Rework an existing page section by section, not all at once
Give it a URL and Flowra fetches the page. The right panel holds AI Insights on what is actually wrong, live SERP research on what the pages beating you are doing, and a rewrite chat. You approve the specific changes you want, section by section, so the parts that still work are left alone and nothing is rewritten on a whim.

Give your writers research, outlines and briefs in one screen
Editor on the left, SERP research on the right. The research panel analyses your keyword and delivers a summary, the top five competing pages broken down into their sections, the headings everyone uses, the questions people ask and the gaps nobody has covered. An AI chat answers questions while writing. Generate the outline first if you want to settle the shape before a word is written: move the sections around, cut the ones you do not want, add your own, and the article is written to the outline you approved.
Know exactly what to fix to rank higher, while you write
Real-time SEO scoring in both the writing screen and rework cards: keyword density, readability, heading structure, meta descriptions, internal links and image alt text. Like RankMath, except it is on the same screen as the work rather than in your CMS after the fact.

Optional: let AI agents draft while your team keeps control
For teams that want it, specialised AI agents can handle research, outlining, drafting, SEO optimization and quality review. Everything lands as a draft for human review and nothing publishes itself. This is optional and off the critical path: Flowra's value is knowing what to fix and equipping your writers, not replacing them.
Content marketing is evolving rapidly. Teams need to adapt their strategies to stay competitive in an increasingly crowded landscape.
AI suggestion: "Consider highlighting specific metrics that demonstrate ROI, such as organic traffic growth and conversion rates."
Nothing reaches the site unchecked
Everything from the last stage lands on one board and moves through one chain. Who is doing what, what is waiting on whom, and whose turn it is are all readable at a glance rather than reconstructed from a thread.
Track every article from idea to published, in one view
New articles and rework cards each get a screen built for that job, and both live on the same drag-and-drop board with six stages: Backlog, In Progress, In Review, Ready, Scheduled, Live. Filter by writer, task type or category.
Discuss edits in context, resolve feedback with AI
Leave inline comments on any content in both writing and rework cards, so an editor's note sits on the paragraph it is about instead of in an email. AI auto-resolve reads the comment, suggests the fix and applies it on one click when you agree with it.

Can we add specific data points here? Stats would strengthen this claim.
Good call. I'll pull Q4 numbers from our analytics.
Assign the work, and see what is still outstanding
Every card can be assigned with a due date, so the queue the Find stage produced becomes named work rather than a list nobody owns. Task assignments are available on Pro and above.

Structured approvals, and roles that actually mean something
Writers submit, editors review, admins approve, and the permissions are enforced on the server rather than hidden in the interface. A viewer cannot publish to your live site and cannot spend your credits, which is the kind of thing worth being certain about when you have invited a freelancer.

Straight to WordPress, formatting intact
The step where most tools hand you a document and wish you luck. Flowra writes to your site directly, which also matters for the next stage: Flowra knows the exact moment a change went live, so it can measure from there.
Publish or update WordPress in one click
Push any card straight to WordPress as a new post or an update to the existing one. Formatting, featured images, categories, tags and metadata all carry over, and schema markup goes with it. No copy-pasting, no reformatting, no broken tables. Once it is live, Flowra submits the URL to Google for you, so nobody has to remember to open Search Console and paste it in by hand.
Or schedule it, and get on with something else
Set a date and time and Flowra publishes for you. Scheduled cards sit in their own column on the board, so the week ahead is visible without opening a calendar.

Find out whether the fix actually worked
This is the stage nothing else does, and the reason the loop is worth closing. A rewrite is a bet. Unless you record when you placed it and what happened next, you are running on opinion, and you will keep making the same bet.
The change tags itself, then gets measured properly
Publish or update through Flowra and the change is recorded the moment it goes live, with no step for anyone to forget. Anything you changed somewhere else, you mark by hand. Either way Google takes time to settle after an edit, so the measurement waits out a settling fortnight and then a week of clean data before it will say anything, and it compares the page against the rest of your site over the same days, so a good week for everybody does not get recorded as a win for this page.

New rankings and index alerts, without going to look
Queries you have started appearing for show up on their own, so you find out a page has picked up a term you never targeted. If a page that was indexed stops being indexed, that surfaces too, which is the failure most likely to go unnoticed for a quarter.

Show the work, without stitching screenshots
Everything above already knows what changed, when, and who did it. The reports are written from that same record, so what you send your client and what your team did can never disagree.
Send your client a report that explains itself
A full report in plain language: what moved, why it moved, which pages did it, and what to do next month. Share it as a private link or download it as a PDF, in your own colours and with no mention of Flowra. Everything in it comes from the same data that found the problems in the first place.
A weekly report, generated automatically every Monday
Everything that happened this week in one place: clicks and impressions against last week, top movers, new rankings and fresh decay alerts. It arrives without anyone asking for it, which is the only reason weekly reporting ever actually happens weekly.

▲1.4And then it starts again
The report you just sent was built from the same numbers that named the pages in stage two, and those numbers have moved because of the work in stages three to five. So next month's list is not a fresh guess. It is the same list, shorter, with the pages you fixed taken off it and the evidence that they are fixed still attached.
The loop starts at stage one, so that is where to start too: Search Console and GA4 in one dashboard.
