Feature

White label SEO reports, shared as a link with your agency's name, logo and colour

Flowra keeps a report for every client site that rebuilds itself each week. You give the client one link, it carries your agency's brand, and it is never out of date.

Branding on report links starts with Starter. Agency removes Flowra's name completely.

    The short answer

A white label SEO report is a report your agency sends under its own brand, built by a tool the client never sees. In Flowra, every site gets a report that rebuilds itself every week, and you share it with the client as a link that always shows the current one. On any paid plan the link carries your agency name, logo and colour. Starter and Pro keep a small "Report made with Flowra" line at the bottom; the Agency plan removes it, so the report is fully white label.

    The term

Branded or fully white label: two different promises

"White label" is used loosely. Some reporting tools mean your logo on the cover. Others mean nothing on the report names the software at all. Both get sold as white label SEO reporting, and the difference only shows when a client scrolls to the bottom.

It is worth deciding which one you need before you compare tools. If your clients know you use software and do not mind, a branded report is enough: it looks like yours, and a small credit in the footer costs you nothing. If you present the reporting as your own work, or you resell it as part of a retainer, the tool's name anywhere on the page is a question you will have to answer.

How to set up a branded report link

    1. 1Connect the client's site to Flowra through Google Search Console.
    2. 2Open Analytics, then the Settings tab, and choose New link under Client sharing.
    3. 3Give the link a label you will recognise later, such as the client's name.
    4. 4Type your agency name, upload your logo and pick an accent colour.
    5. 5Create the link and send it to the client however you already talk to them.

    Plans

Which plan puts your brand on the report

Prices are per month in US dollars. Sites are the number of client sites (Search Console properties) each plan covers.

White label report features by Flowra plan
PlanYour name, logo, colour"Report made with Flowra"
Free$0/mo, 1 siteNot includedNo client report link
Starter$49/mo, 3 sitesIncludedSmall line at the bottom
Pro$129/mo, 10 sitesIncludedSmall line at the bottom
    Agency$299/mo, Unlimited sitesIncludedRemoved

Need more sites than your plan covers? Extra sites come in packs: one for $10, five for $39, ten for $69 a month. Before you stack packs, check whether Agency works out the same, because it is also the plan that makes the report fully white label.

    What the client gets

A link that is never out of date

The usual white label SEO report is a PDF. You export the data, drop it into a template, add the logo, write a paragraph and send it. Two weeks later the client forwards that file to their boss, and the numbers in it are already old.

Flowra keeps one report per site and rebuilds it every week on its own. The app shows you when the new one is ready, so you know when there is something to talk about. The link you gave them does not change: it always opens the current report, in your colours.

One thing it does not do is send itself. Flowra never emails reports to clients. Put the link where your client already looks, such as the top of your monthly update email, a pinned message in a shared channel, or your client portal, and point them back to it when you talk.

    Choosing a tool

Five questions to ask any white label SEO reporting tool

Ask these of every tool on your shortlist, Flowra included. Our answers are under each one, so you can compare like for like.

    1

Does the vendor's name disappear, or just get smaller?

    Why it matters
Many tools call a report white label when it carries your logo on the cover and their name in the footer. A client who reads to the bottom notices.
    In Flowra
Your name, logo and colour on Starter and up. A small "Report made with Flowra" line stays on Starter and Pro; Agency removes it.
    2

Is it a file or a link?

    Why it matters
A PDF is out of date the day after you send it, and the client keeps forwarding the old one.
    In Flowra
A link that always shows the current report.
    3

    Who rebuilds it each period?

    Why it matters
If someone has to export, paste and restyle every month, the report slips the first busy month.
    In Flowra
The report rebuilds itself every week, and the app tells you when it is ready.
    4

What does it cost per client?

    Why it matters
Reporting tools are usually priced by the number of sites or clients, so the plan you need grows with your client list.
    In Flowra
3 sites on Starter, 10 on Pro, unlimited on Agency. Extra sites come in packs: +1 for $10, +5 for $39, +10 for $69.
    5

    Does it send itself?

    Why it matters
Some tools email the report on a schedule. If yours does not, the link has to live somewhere the client already looks.
    In Flowra
No. Nothing emails reports to clients. You send the link yourself.

How to make a white label SEO report by hand

You do not need a subscription to send a client a report with your logo on it. The data is in their Search Console, and the manual route works. It just has to be repeated every reporting period.

    1. 1Ask the client to add your Google account as a user on their Search Console property, so you can read the data without their login.
    2. 2Open Performance, then Search results. Set the Date filter to Compare, for example the last 28 days against the previous period.
    3. 3Choose Export, then Download CSV. You get one zip with tables for queries, pages, countries, devices and dates.
    4. 4Put the totals, the change against the previous period and the top queries and pages into a template that carries your logo and colours.
    5. 5Write three or four sentences on what moved, why, and what you will do next. This is the part clients actually read.
    6. 6Save it as a PDF with your agency's name in the file name and send it.

Steps 4 and 6 are the slow ones, and our free Search Console report generator does them for you: add the zip, your logo and your colour, and it lays out a PDF in your browser with no Flowra branding on it. If you report on the same clients every month, a Looker Studio template connected to Search Console saves the export step, at the cost of building and styling the template once.

Either way you are making a snapshot. What Flowra changes is that the report rebuilds itself every week and the client's link always shows the latest one, so the export and the template are gone and you send the link once.
