AgencyAnalytics alternatives

    AgencyAnalytics alternatives for SEO reporting

If your client reports are mostly Search Console and GA4, you may be paying AgencyAnalytics $20 a client for integrations you never open. Flowra, DashThis and Looker Studio all cover SEO reporting. Which costs less depends on your client count, and Flowra is the one that also helps you fix the pages the report flags.

    The short answer

The AgencyAnalytics alternatives worth a look

AgencyAnalytics is built to report on every channel an agency runs. People search for agency analytics alternatives for three reasons: the per-client price grows with every client signed, the agency only reports on SEO, or the report says what happened and nothing about what to do next. What AgencyAnalytics and Flowra cost at your client count

AgencyAnalytics charges for each client. Flowra charges for a plan that covers a number of sites, and the client report link starts on Starter. So the answer swings with your client count: on plan prices, AgencyAnalytics is cheaper at 1 to 2, 4 to 6 and 11 to 14 clients, and Flowra is cheaper at 3, 7 to 10, and 15 or more, where the gap grows with every client you add.

AgencyAnalytics at $20 per client a month, billed annually, from its pricing page on 14 October 2026; it does not publish a monthly-billing price. Flowra on plan prices alone: site packs (+1 site for $10) can cover a client or two over a plan's limit for less.

    The report

A weekly report that says what happened, in words

On Starter and up, Flowra builds a report for each site from its Search Console data and rebuilds it every week. It opens with a one-word verdict and the change in clicks in a plain sentence, so a client knows how the week went before reading a single chart. The app tells you when the new week is ready, so you can read it before your client does.

AgencyAnalytics gives you more channels in one report. Flowra gives you fewer, explained.

    White label

Your name, logo and colour on the client's link

Create a link for each client and it always shows the most recent week, so it keeps working without you sending anything. Add your agency name, upload a logo and pick an accent colour. On Starter and Pro a small "Report made with Flowra" line stays at the bottom; the Agency plan removes it.

Flowra does not email reports. If your clients expect reports sent to them on a schedule, AgencyAnalytics has report scheduling.

The form as the Agency plan sees it, on our demo site. On Starter and Pro the Flowra credit line stays.

    After the report

The question the client asks next

A report that shows clicks down on three pages gets the reply every agency knows: so what are you doing about it? In AgencyAnalytics that work happens somewhere else. In Flowra the same data feeds a content decay report that lists the pages losing clicks and impressions. On Pro, the Rework Queue rewrites the sections of those pages that need it, keeping what already works, and shows you the changes before anything goes live on WordPress.

Then tag the change, and Flowra compares the page before and after, with a 14 day settling window and an adjustment for how the whole site moved. That is the paragraph for next month's report, backed by a number.

    To be fair to AgencyAnalytics

    Where AgencyAnalytics is ahead

    • Every channel in one report. If you also run ads, social or email for a client, its 85+ integrations put them next to SEO. Flowra connects to Search Console, GA4 and WordPress, and nothing else.
    • SEO tools Flowra does not have. A daily rank tracker (a paid add-on), a site auditor that checks for 40+ technical issues, and a backlink monitor. Flowra takes positions from Search Console and has no crawler or backlink data.
    • The client portal. A custom domain, custom email and scheduled reports. Flowra's report is a link, and nothing is emailed.
    • One or two clients. At $20 a client, a small roster costs less than Flowra's $49 Starter plan.

Connecting a site to Flowra changes nothing in AgencyAnalytics, so you can run them side by side. Connect one client's site to Flowra, put its weekly report next to the AgencyAnalytics one, and see which your client understands.
