Anything you leave blank is left out of the markup rather than written as an empty value. That matters: Google treats a present-but-empty property as present, and the rich result then quietly never appears. Only mark up what is genuinely visible on the page, or the markup can be ignored entirely.
Doing this by hand, page by page
Pasting one block is fine. Keeping schema correct across a few hundred posts, as they get edited and rewritten, is the part that quietly stops happening.
